Accountant

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional in the English.
• Knowledge of Estonian B1.
• Knowledge of Russian B1.

• Accounting of clients’ companies, incl. VAT and VIES reports, Social Taxes, Statistics, and Earend Financial Accounts, Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Summarize current financial status by collecting information, and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Representing the company to Tax Authorities or other inquires.
• Registration of companies and VAT applications for customers, including preparing state fee payments.
• Audit process cooperation and Monthly Financial Reports to Management.
• Internal assisting and external consultancy for customers, incl assistance in getting any licenses, registrations, and requests from customers and Management.
• Provide technical support and advice on Management.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of Estonian taxation.
• Knowledge and experience in accounting in accordance with Estonian legislation.
• Preparation of monthly reports (KMD, TSD).
• Preparation of the annual report
  Payroll calculation.
