Terms of Use of Social Media Content

By granting permission, you provide Companio with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully paid-up license to use your User Content in any manner to be determined at Companio’s sole discretion. This includes display on its website (companio.co), and official social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

This license includes the right to use your username, full name, image, likeness, description, voice, location, or any other identifying information associated with the User Content.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are solely responsible for the User Content.
• You own all rights to the User Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from third parties.
• The use of your User Content by Companio as described in these Terms does not and will not infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, proprietary, or other rights of any third party.
• The User Content is not defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, offensive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Companio and any persons acting on its behalf from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from Companio’s use of your User Content.

All User Content submitted is considered non-confidential. Companio is under no obligation to keep any such content confidential, unless otherwise required by its Privacy Policy or applicable laws.

Companio reserves the right to remove any User Content from its websites or social media channels at any time and for any reason.

If you believe any User Content published by Companio infringes upon your or any third party’s intellectual property rights, please contact our Support team via chat.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You retain the rights to your User Content, and Companio retains all rights to its websites, branding, designs, trademarks, and any proprietary materials.

Companio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Each time you provide consent for the use of your User Content, you agree to the version of the Terms of Use in effect at that time. We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly.

• These Terms are personal to you and cannot be assigned or transferred without prior written consent from Companio. Any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.
• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• The failure of Companio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
