Once your company’s been activated, we will start working on your accounting, taxes, and compliance. On the 25th of the following month, we will charge you for the first monthly fee (the fee is charged when we complete the monthly accounting, which always happens on the following month, so your September accounting fee is charged on the 25th of October).

If you’re starting an Estonian business and want a discount of €125 on the registration fee with the Premium Plan, a minimum contract period of 3 months with us since you registered your company is required.

No commitment period is required if you don’t want to get this discount.

If you switch to Companio, there is a minimum commitment period of three months.

We support digital, location-independent freelancers and businesses of all kinds.

As soon as you receive our confirmation message, you can start using the Companio platform, and we will assist you with your accounting, taxes, and more. From that day, the monthly fee will be charged (usually on the 25th of the following month).

You only need to connect your bank accounts and upload the invoices issued during the previous month before the 5th. We will also provide you with a personalized email address where your suppliers can send their invoices directly to your management panel.

This service supports business activities that are online, digital, professional, or can be performed in a location independent way. The crucial point is that this activity can be carried out regardless of your country of residence or physical location.

We allow already established companies in Bulgaria to begin operating with Companio without interruptions to their tax obligations, completely free of charge. If you switch to Companio from another provider, there is a minimum commitment period of three months.
