Your company, at the time of entering the Estonian registry, gets a registration number. This number, together with the name of your company, serves to identify it and must be included in the invoices that you send to your customers or your suppliers send you. It is composed only of numerical digits, such as 123456789.
If your company also gets an intra-community VAT number and enters the VIES register (included free of charge in our company creation pack) it will also have a VAT number that will start with EE (such as EE123456789). This number is important to include also in invoices, especially European, both customers and suppliers.
Regardless of whether or not your company has VAT, from the moment it has a registration number, you can now invoice any customer and be invoiced by your suppliers.
In order to register the share capital of your company, you need to submit an application in the registry attaching the proof of payment or bank statement that proves that the share capital has been paid. This report needs to be in Estonian, and digitally signed by the bank. Some banks can’t deliver this proof of payment in Estonian and digitally signed, so it’s necessary to do a sworn translation, notarization, and put an apostille in the document before you can submit it to the Estonian authorities.
We offer the registration and payment of the share capital. This service costs €250 + VAT. The price includes the sworn translation of the bank statement to Estonian or notarization with apostille and support in the process of registering the share capital contribution.
We do the sworn translation of the bank statement to Estonian, in case it’s in a different language. Otherwise, we notarize the document. Always with an apostille.
After the sworn translation, we will add the Hague apostille to the sworn translation or notarization to be accepted in the European country of destination.

Our minimum 79€+VAT fee is designed to help companies that have no activity. If during one month, your company has no invoices, sales, purchases, or movements (with the exception of our accounting services invoice, of course), that month, the 79€+VAT fee will apply.
