Marketing Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market research. You will also track and analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives. Your analysis and recommendations will help make our marketing strategies more impactful and effective.
Experience ✍🏻

2-3 years’ experience holding an analytical, sales, business development, or business intelligence role

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Professional in English language
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and modelling.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and proficiency in using tools such as Excel, R, or Python.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of marketing research methods and techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs, metrics, and ROI calculations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Develop marketing plans and strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and gather information about target audiences, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Manage campaigns and promotions: Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, including advertising, PR, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze performance: Track the success of marketing efforts, using metrics like ROI and conversion rates, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards: Creating and maintaining marketing dashboards to track performance and provide insights.
  • Conduct customer segmentation: Segment customers based on demographics, behaviour, and other factors to target marketing efforts more effectively.
  • Manage budgets: Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing.
  • Manage a team: Managing a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, and overseeing their work.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity: Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities: Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to reach target audiences.
  • Build relationships with external partners: Work with external partners, such as agencies or vendors, to execute marketing campaigns or initiatives.
